WE AT AERO TRENDS, INC. URGE OUR CUSTOMERS TO CHECK ALL SHIPMENTS FOR ANY TYPE OF DAMAGES BEFORE SIGNING ANY TYPE OF BILL OF LADING PRESENTED TO YOU BY THE TRUCKING COMPANY. BY SIGNING THE TRUCKING COMPANY’S BILL OF LADING, YOU AGREE TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY AND AERO TRENDS, INC. THAT ALL PACKAGES ARE IN GOOD ORDER AND IN ACCEPTABLE CONDITION. AFTER A BILL OF LADING IS SIGNED & THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED, NEITHER THE SHIPPING COMPANY NOR AERO TRENDS, INC. WILL ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR THE PACKAGE. IF DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED: NOTE THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED ON THE BILL OF LADING, NOTIFY AERO TRENDS, INC. BY PHONE IMMEDIATELY, & REFUSE THE PACKAGE. IF POSSIBLE, PLEASE TAKE PICTURE OF DAMAGED PARTS AND THE BOX. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT FIBERGLASS IS EASILY FIXABLE & AERO TRENDS, INC. DOES NOT TOLERATE REFUSAL OR RETURN OF MINOR CRACKS, SCUFFS & SCRATCHES ON ANY FIBERGLASS PARTS. IN THE EVENT THAT A PART HAS BEEN DAMAGED, AERO TRENDS, INC. WILL COOPERATE IN FULL TO FIX OR REPLACE YOUR PRODUCT AS LONG AS ALL STEPS ABOVE HAS BEEN FOLLOWED.
SPOILERS/BODYKITS: Buyer fully understands that all body kits are sold “as is” with no warranty, Due to the fact most body kits are made of fiberglass. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines; AERO TRENDS, INC. is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, and bad judgment (cracking or breaking your parts). Buyer understands that all body kits/spoilers may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights/side marker indicators, shaving, molding, etc. Because several of these kits are prototyped and used on non-USA vehicles that have much less safety standards/requirements in their respected country of origin. Buyer understands that all body kits require some prep work before paint. Please seek professional body shop for paint and installation.
FIBERGLASS/CARBONHOODS: Buyer fully understands that all fiberglass & carbon fiber hoods or hoods made of similar lightweight materials are sold “as is” with no warranty expressed or implied, due to the fact that all hoods are made of 100% fiberglass or a combination of fiberglass / carbon fiber. AERO TRENDS, INC. is not responsible or liable for any damages or responsible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your hood) or act of nature. All aftermarket lightweight racing hoods are intended and recommended only for off-highway/show only! Buyer understands that all hoods are lightweight aftermarket hoods and that these hoods have no OEM specifications whatsoever. Most hoods come with a stock latch. We strongly recommend that all customers purchase hood pins for safety reasons on all aftermarket lightweight racing hoods. You may purchase hood pins at your local automotive retailer. We strongly recommend all customers only have a highly skilled professional body shop/technician install and paint any hoods/body kits (that require paint) for factory or show quality look. If any body kit/hood arrives damaged or cracked bad enough in which it cannot be repaired, you must contact or make a claim to with the shipping company immediately in order for claim to be processed and approved. Please refer to the Shipping/Handling section of this page for further details involving claims.
CONDITION OF SALE: All sales are final and all products sold by AERO TRENDS, INC. are sold “as is” to the Buyer and are subject to a 25% restocking/cancellation fee. NO FULL REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED. STORE CREDIT ONLY.
DAMAGES: Products that are damaged through the negligence of the shipping company (Freight Line/FedEx/ETC.) customers must report the damages to that shipping company within 24 hours after receiving order. If not customer could be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. Please remember do not discard any portion of the packaging material. The shipper will send a representative to inspect the carton and its contents. Always remember to personally inspect all packages prior to signing acceptance of shipment. Failure to do so can hold liable for damages.
RETURNS: Authorization to return any and all products must be obtained by the buyer from AERO TRENDS, INC. in advance and must by made within three (3) days of receiving the product. All returned products to AERO TRENDS, INC. are subject to 25% restocking fee. Buyer must pay for all Shipping/Handling fees on any and all returns to AERO TRENDS, INC. All products, which are approved for return, are for merchandise credit only. All products returned for credit must be in the original shipping carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered by AERO TRENDS, INC. to the buyer. We will not accept a return on any merchandise that has been drilled, primed, sanded, etc. Only the original buyer may request for a return of products. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. After receipt of goods, AERO TRENDS, INC. shall inspect the goods to determine the exact condition of goods received. If AERO TRENDS, INC. does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, buyer must accept incurred costs. Special Order Items are not returnable.
SPECAIL ORDERS: All special orders require a minimum nonrefundable deposit of 50% of total cost. If there are any cancellations for any reason by the buyer, that deposit is forfeited immediately to AERO TRENDS, INC. and shall not be responsible for any late shipments. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. Special orders may take anywhere between 4 to 16 weeks.
SHIPPING/BACKORDERS: To avoid backorders, we try our best to maintain a good stocking level. However, if we run out of an item, your order will be placed on backorder, and we will ship your order as soon as possible. Back order(s) must be cancelled within five (5) working days or parts will be automatically shipped to you. We always attempt to ship orders the next business day. If the item is NOT on BACKORDER, allow 7-10 business day for shipping. Special order(s) take 10-15 business days. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges return/shipping. Varying on product production, back orders may take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks. If you would like to cancel your back order, there is a 25% cancellation/re-stocking fee.
PAYMENT: All shipment(s) must be prepaid no COD. Payments are accepted in money order, cashiers check, certified check, master, visa, and discover only. Company checks are accepted upon AERO TRENDS, INC. credit approval application. All shipments drop ship/picked up (own courier) to another address will be subject to a $20.00 handling fee.
GENERAL: Actual parts may differ from pictures on website. Every after market part that includes: body kits, hoods, fenders, scoops, etc. require modification for installation for example shaving, cutting, prepping, sanding, etc. This needs to be worked on by a trained professional or a professional body shop. In case customer decide to do this themselves, AERO TRENDS, INC. will not accept any return and will not do any refunds on these items.
